Anxiety is a massive problem, especially for millennials today, who have to deal with all the stressors that social media, celebrity culture, and the economic stress of getting a job or buying a house. Either way, there are some ways you can manage your anxieties, at least to a fault. The first most important tip is to get medication if your anxiety disrupts your life.
